Simplified application of late payment fee for students

Moved to a percentage of past amount due model to simplify the assessment process and make the assessment more fair. Previously, student accounts were charged a flat dollar amount at certain intervals on past-due amounts, which included a cumbersome exception process

Replaced paper receipts with electronically generated receipts in Student Accounts

Electronic receipts are generated from Banner instead of using carbon paper books.

Simplified student immunization documentation process for students and parents

Electronically verify immunizations through student insurance portal- no paper and instant electronic database.

Provided graduate students with stored value credit cards to manage their travel costs, eliminating the need to complete travel settlement forms

Declining balance cards were implemented so students can make their own arrangements, eliminating the need for paper-based reimbursements.
