Electronic bids allow for faster bid-turnaround time, better vendor access, and reduces the volume of paper being retained.

Eliminated need to encumber requisitions in excess of $25,000 in state accounting system

Worked to influence legislation that eliminated the requirement to encumber these orders in the state system.

Consolidated accounts used to manage Research Trust Funds

Combined each Research Trust Fund activity into one account (as opposed to four). Those funds are now administered through the Research Corporation.
